[Rt-devel] Win32 SVN repository?

I recall it being mentioned that you can now upgrade RT under Win32 with an 
`svn up` which implies that the code is in a Subversion repository 
somewhere. :)

A quick look through the Best Practical repository doesn't seem to have it. 
Does anyone know where it is located?
