[rt-devel] ShowMessageHeaders in <pre> ?

In ShowTransactions, ShowMessageHeaders is wrapped in a <PRE> block.  On a
lot of my tickets with multiple recipients, this mades for an ugly display,
scrolling off to the right.

Why a <pre> instead of <code> ?
