Is now available. It fixes:

	* Ticket search crashing bugs due to an improper backport from
	  3.1x
	* Ticket search bug due to an incomplete fix for the quicksearch
	  bug
	* Added testing for long email header handling.

I'm at a cafe and my GPG keys are at a secure, undisclosed location.
Because of this, 3.0.11rc3 hasn't yet been GPG signed. If you're
concerned, wait until I sign it.
