In 3.2 search doesn't work well.

Example for rt3.fsck.com:
Search
"Queue = 'RT Bugs'  AND 'CF.RT Bugs.{Broken in}' = '2.0.14'  AND 'CF.RT 
Bugs.{Broken in}' = '2.0.13'"

doesn't find anything, but ticket 1250 matches this criteria.
