[Rt-devel] Showing non-global custom-fields in "at a glance"

Hi,

(this is a re-post, perhaps rt-devel is more appropriate).

how would I display one or more additional fields that are 
queue-specific custom-fields in the "RT at a glance"-area of the 
start-page?

I have tried something like this:

But I only get the heading.
      Format => "'<a 
href=\"$RT::WebPath/Ticket/Display.html?id=__id__\">__id__</a>/TITLE:#', 
'<a 
href=\"$RT::WebPath/Ticket/Display.html?id=__id__\">__Subject__</a>/TITLE:Subject','TicketCustomFields.Kundenname

What more is there to do?

Any ideas?
