[Rt-devel] Combining multiple notifications -> one email?

Hello!

Has anyone considered what it would take to cause all the events from
one transaction (say, reply + status change + owner change) to send one
email containing those notifications? I recognize that it's actually one
per unique combination of watcher roles receiving the notification (e.g.
some are only AdminCCs, some are AdminCC and CC, one is Owner, etc.)
