It seems to work on my Debian/testing system with RT 3.4.4 and PostgreSQL 
8.1.0.  At the very least, DBIx::SearchBuilder 1.37_01 has fixed the 
"Creating system user...Can't find Principals.id  for OID 0" error for me.
