Fw: [Rt-devel] Native Japanese Support

I'm using Japanese language in RT (actually in 6 or 7 different RTs we have
here), versions 3.0.9 and 3.2.1

I've setup 

@EmailInputEncodings = qw(utf-8 iso-8859-1 us-ascii)
Set($EmailOutputEncoding , 'shift-jis') 

in my RT_SiteConfig.pm file and it works great
