[Rt-devel] [PATCH] conditionaly log stack traces

	Hello.
changes:
	add simple logging of the stack traces
	add config option $LogStackTraces, by default is 0 even in devel mode
	__WARN__ handler uses 'goto &foo' syntax to hide itself from stack
	cleanup InitLogging
