[Rt-devel] Silencing "Use of uninitialized value" in various html pages

Hello!

We've rolled out RT 3.5.5 in a beta/eval test which has me paying much
more attention to the rt.log lately ... and it's buried in these sorts
of errors. 

I'm localizing pages and silencing them by inserting proper value tests
... would you be interested in receiving patches for this?
