[Rt-devel] Jumbo - updating owner

I can't update the owner of a ticket in jumbo view in 3.5.5 - I always get:
 
 That user does not exist 
 
Works fine in People view.  I didn't see anything obvious between
ModifyAll.html and ModifyPeople.html .. any ideas?
