>From my testing, this isn't true.  If I put a file in html, say
foo.html, then it goes into the distribution file, but does NOT get
installed when you do make install.  This is OK with me, as I probably
need to rename Statistics to RTx::Statistics anyway.

I've narrowed this down to two consistency bugs in MM_Unix.pm from
ExtUtils::MakeMaker.  I've posted a description to the makemaker mailing
list, but I'm not sure how active that project is anymore.
