[Rt-devel] RTFM upgrade from 2.0.4 to 2.2RC2

Hi All,

The RTFM 2.0.4 to 2.2RC2 upgrade for postgres seems to have a 
missing database schema change:

ALTER TABLE fm_classes ADD HotList smallint NOT NULL DEFAULT 0;

I'm not sure if that should go into the 2.1.10 or 2.1.30 schema
upgrades?
