[Rt-devel] I have a problem with send mail to RT system.

Hi,All
 
    My corp have a RT system ourself.
 
    Now, it is have a problem.
   
    If I send a mail to this RT system, I will receive this message: No permission to create tickets in the queue 'noc'.But other person can send mail to RT system successfully,and create a ticket.
 
    The log is below:

[Mon Jul 10 08:47:14 2006] [error]: Create failed: 0 / 0 / No permission to create tickets in the queue 'noc'  (/usr/local/rt3/lib/RT/Interface/Email.pm:758)

    Any one can help me?
