Haven't had a chance to get to this point. Somewhere the css files are
being sent as text/html according to LiveHTTP Headers plugin of Mozilla.
Tried, IE6/FireFox1.5.x and Mozilla 1.7.x and all of them show the login
page without CSS formatting.
Anyone else having this problem?

Haven't had this problem with RT-3.6.0, just installed RT-3.6.1rc1 did
an apache2 stop/clear masoncache/start.
