[Rt-devel] cycled login patch propose

Hello!
After upgrade from rt 3.4.4 to rt.3.6.0rc3 we got problems with
login to the system.
>From Firefox or IE user after logout and logon procedure
redirected by rt to Login page at any step.
Opera is not affected.
Next one patch resolve problems
