1)
* goto global scrips configuration page
* create new scrip
you are on the page that creates new script, but should be page that
updates the scrip you've created

2)
* goto global scrips configuration page
* select scrip from the list
you are on the scrip's update page, but second submit button at the
bottom has text "Create" isntead of "Update"
