Hi Jesse,

i am using Firefox with the "HTML Validator" add-on, 
where a small icon on the right bottom shows you if the page is valid
html.
Maybe you think about using this add-on 
to find all the html errors.

The add-on report on the home page after login on http://rt3.fsck.com/
51 errors.
Maybe one of them is responsible for the problem with the new ticket
bottom
that Jason Long reported.
