Figured I'd follow up with my own fix here (if only so I can search on  
it later... :))

adding:

return unless($Ticket) to UpdateData: ~65

seems to do a quick and dirty sanity check dropping the error when  
you're not doing the action (ie: just viewing the bulkabandon page).
