[Rt-devel] Displaying HTML emails in ticket transactions

Just wondering whether it is possible to display html/rich text tickets
instead of plain text in RT 3.8

Also require to send all outgoing correspondence via html as well.


If any tips or config examples can be provided it would be greatly
appreciated.
