[Rt-devel] [PATCH] Show results from action even on queue change w/o rights.

Currently the user gets an error if he modifies a ticket and moves it to
a queue in which he has no right to view tickets.

Comments in the templates revealed a TODO to show the user the results
of their actions in such cases, even though it can't display the entire
ticket.

This patch implements the desired behavior and makes it so the user can
see the results of their actions.
