[Rt-devel] [PATCH] improved import of base css styles

This patch isn't so important that it must go in 3.8.9, it's enough if
it comes with the 3.9 version ;-)

By the way, what for is the 3.9 branch?
I thought the development branch for the release after 3.8 would be
3.999 and that will become 4.0.
