[Rt-devel] Missing translations for EmailFrequency (and maybe more)

Hi,

in lib/RT/User_Overlay.pm EmailFrequency is defined with the
return values 'no email', 'squelched', 'daily', 'weekly' (or empty string).

In share/hmtl/Elements/ShowUserEmailFrequency EmailFrequency is 
pushed in $frequency and is translated.

In sbin/extract-message-catalog line 71-72 you remove msgid with $ in it 
and have a comment that in this case a warning should appear.
You should really give a warning as this would discovered earlier ;-)

So the EmailFrequency values never made it in the message catalog and 
you have to add them manually.
Maybe there are more of this kind.
