this commits setup _RecordTransaction as a default in Group::_Create
Group::_CreateACLEquivalenceGroup doesn't set this to 0.

So I propose to add _RecordTransaction=>0 in
Group::_CreateACLEquivalenceGroup and create an optionnal
shrink-transactions upgrade script?
