[Rt-devel] [PATCH] [RTIR] Extending custom field search criteria options beyond is/isn't

RTIR 2.4 custom fields don't permit you to search "like" "isn't like" 
"greater than" etc because is/isn't is hardcoded into the PickCFs mason 
component.

This patch enables the remaining search functionality.
