[rt-devel] RT-External-Auth disable password fallback

Hello,

I have the ExternalAuth plugin authenticating using LDAPS.  My question is
if there is a way to disable normal RT password fallback?  I can't seem to
find an option and I want users to fail if LDAPS isn't successful.
