[rt-devel] problem with attachment filename and umlauts

Hi,

Upgrade MIME::Entity module to the latest version. A bug was fixed
there that is relevant.
May be 3.8.x would need backport of a patch from 4.0, but try
upgrading the module
first and return back with results.
