[rt-users] Can't log into the web interface

Well actually, I can.  It just reroutes back out to the main log in everytime I click on a link.  Here are the particulars about my system and setup:

Request Tracker 1.0.1
Linux
perl5
Apache 6.1
MSIE

Can't figure out why this is happening.  I've had this installed before and it worked swimmingly.
