[rt-users] want to install several instances of RT on one system

I've run into cases where I want to have seperate instances of RT on one host.
For example, sometime two different corporations need an RT instance and
you _really_ don't want to share one set of ticket #s.

Generally, if the same people will be adminning the RT instance, you can
get away with: one rt user account. one database account. two different RT install paths, two different rt tag names and two differenet RT database names.
