[rt-users] Banging my head against RT2

I've been trying, really...

I am attempting to get RT2 up and limping with the goal being to hack on
it to get something we can actually use some time this year. However, it
appears that I'm just too dense.

I've followed the install instructions exactly and have run into some sort
of permissions problem inside (?) rt, and frankly the docs just do not
exist to figure it out. The simplest example:

# rt -create
root started up the RT cliPlace Request in queue: general
No permission to create tickets in 'general'
# Use of uninitialized value at /opt/rt-1.3/lib/rt/ui/cli/manipulate.pm line 320, <STDIN> chunk 1.

Now I suspect this is all related to the ACLs, but all I have to go on
withhow the ACL's work is the schema, and it is not exactly clear. A comment
implies that the sole ACL in the standard install opens everything wide, but
it sure doesn't seem that way.

Is there ANY useful documentation for RT2? Does ANYONE other than Jesse or
Tobias have a semi-working RT2 instance going?
