[rt-users] permissions.. I feel like a dodo!

Hi All,
Thanks again (again!) for everyones input.
The RT system was working originally (I guess I probably should have
explained that) but it looked to me like someone had mucked around with my
permissions. After running make fixperms, things went really badly, so I
double checked my makefile which was correct, and then ran make upgrade,
now everything works fine.
I'm a little confused but it works :-)
