[rt-users] RT & Sendmail question

Hrmm.. Good question, and a great point!  Score one for you!

I'm mounting all of this off of our netapp (I've never had a netapp in the
loop before), and I poked around to see how the files are being exported.  I
couldn't find anything to reference exactly how they are being exported.  So,
as a test, I copied the whole tree to /var/tmp, updated the link for
rt-mailgate, updated the alias, and viola!  It worked..

Now to figure out what to set on the netapp to makeit behave.. :)
