I think you have a non RFC compliant email address there...
Check the email associated with the user in admin-webrt.cgi
Check that that email address is correct, and that you can send email to that
address, from that machine.
If this doesn't fix, what are the usernames, email addresses, queue names,
queue addresse, and /etc/aliases entries?
I'm probably way off, but that's my $0.02.
