[rt-users] strangeness - new queues won't accept

Hiyas,
	I'm getting this error message whenever I email this alias.

	I have checked this particular queue with other queues, and
the configuration looked exactly the same.  I have admin rights,
non-members are allowed to create requests, mail alias is set to
the same as what's in /etc/aliases.  Send email notification of
each transaction for owner and queue members.

	Any ideas?  Thanx.
