[rt-users] Upgrade problems

ps -ef....shows mysql listed 3 times
mysql.sock is in /var/lib/mysql
I ran make fixperms after the first time I couldn't access webrt.
I'm also getting an 'Access denied for user root', not just for rt.
According to the rt readme file, 'make upgrade' doesn't overwrite the user defined
settings.
I appreciate your patience.
