[rt-users] Upgrade info

The readme describes the upgrade procedure in detail.   From 1.0.3 to 1.0.6,
you should be able to use the "unsupported" quick upgrade procedure:

	Edit the makefile to fix RT_PATH. 
	run "make upgrade-noclobber"
