This is more a MySQL issue than an RT issue, since MySQL did not
properly adjust this when it was installed.

BTW, if anyone else might ever encounter such a problem, a more general
way would be to add the proper directory (usually PREFIX/lib) to the
/etc/ld.so.conf-file and run ldconfig manually.
