[rt-users] Newbie ?

I am trying to get RT up and running but following the instructions in
the README file I get the following error.

Line  24 of the database.pm is trying to log into MySql and the rest of
the errors are caused from this failure.

Any help with getting the user / pass setup correctly will be
appreciated.
