[rt-users] Problems with mail gateway

Hi there,

I have entered the alias for the mail gateway, (my aliases file attached)
but when I try a sendmail to rt it immedatley throws out an error saying the
following:

'Can't create output, permission denied'

What is happening here.

Please Help.
