[rt-users] Never logged in

Hi,

Everything is now up and running. I have one small problem. When I visit the
RT admin page it takes me straight there never asking me to log in so I have
no access to modify the queues or users etc. My config.pm file uses the :

$web_auth_mechanism = "external";

However, if this is set to cookies I get an internal server error. This is
the last line of my apache error log:

Can't locate object method "new" via package "Digest::MD5" at
/opt/rt/lib/rt/ui/web/auth.pm line 36.
[Thu Dec 28 09:08:08 2000] [error] [client 10.0.0.56] Premature end of
script headers: /opt/rt/bin/cgi/admin-webrt.cgi

As I say, it will take me a little further with it set to external, but the
cookies are causing problems and I am stuck at this point.

Please Help?
