I installed RT few days ago and since then I have made nice little
modifications for it. Installation was smooth and I manipulated the system
quite alot. Now I have few questions about backing it up.
Full system backup would be:
/your_path(s)_here/bin
/etc
/lib
/your_path(s)_here/transactions
/etc/aliasses
Am I right, or did I forgot something important?
I know RT can handle as much as mySQL takes load and that is alot, but I
wondered about that table RT creates. Has somebody transferred/renamed a
queue? (or one of the queues, whatever)
Like I would like to rename the queue "foobar" into "week_10" and then
make a new active queue. Anybody performed an operation like this? Did it
work? ;)
