[rt-users] Delayed requests?

How about making it possible to enter a request that does not become
active until a dat set when the request is made? For example, a
customer wants a new PC, but not until the end of the month (new billing
cycle)--but knows that is he does not make the request while he thinks
of it, he will forget when the time he wanted it rolls around.
