[rt-users] Column arrangement

Hello. My manager is wanting to setup RT so that he can see the owner of
the ticket, and the subject. This would be just for his reference. Is
there a script to do this, or is there someone who has made up a
customizable interface for rt? I'm running a 0.9x version.
