in /usr/local/rt/lib/rt/ui/web, edit the file "manipulate.pm"

about 10 lines from the top you'll see $QUEUE_FONT and $MESSAGE_FONT. if you

change these, it'll change what you're after.

i believe they were set to -1, i've got mine at 3.
