[rt-users] Mail problems

I have installed Request Tracker on a FreeBSD machine and I'm getting the
following problem when I send a mail from other machine:

Domain of sender address sidney at land.ufrj.br does not resolve
Warning: message still undelivered after 4 hours
Will keep trying until message is 5 days old

This error doesn't happen if I send a mail from another user residing in
the same host where RT is installed.

Any help?
