SV: SV: [rt-users] got a 500 promlem..

Perhaps your config.ph is wrong
try
    $template_dir="/usr/local/apache/vhosts/rt/etc/templates";
I however dont seem to be alse to get the templates to work anyway (nothing
displaying),
anyone got any ideas?

I just installed rt on a FreeBSD box (having previoulsy used it on Linux)...
it appeared to install OK, I made a dummy queue, when I tried to create a
request in the queue I saw this in the 'comment' box:

The specified template is missing or inaccessable.
 (/usr/local/rt/etc/templates/queues/friday/web_create)
	 However, the custom content which was supposed to fill the template was:

	 any clues?
