[rt-users] No correspondence back ?

I have been experiencing this problem for quite a while now...i think that 
it only occurs when using the Web UI but I am not certain..i do have the 
aliases setup correctly..for example

rt_systems:    "|/usr/local/rt/bin/rt-mailgate systems correspond"

Do anyone have any suggestions...?
