[rt-users] CSS Comes & Goes

Hey -- with RT 2.0.4 I am experiencing periodic failure of the CSS to load
and set properly.  This means that about every 3rd page I display has all
the fonts in Times rather than Helvetica/Arial and it's a little
disconcerting.

I am accessing a fast web server directly connected to the other end of a
4B 224K ISDN pipe using IE5.5 on Win2K.

Is this a known issue and can it be easily fixed?
