[rt-users] Problems replying to mail using web interface

Hi,
RT2 is great & works wonderfully... except that I can't seem to reply to 
e-mails out of the web interface. It appears to work fine - but the 
reply never arrives at the client.

Autoreply scrips do work however (just to confuse the matter!)

... any thoughts/assistance would be greatly appreciated.
