[rt-users] Adding new fields to the web page/database?

Adding custom fields is currently a non-trivial task. one of the things
that I'm looking at for 2.2.x is the ability to add free-form custom fields
to RT. (In addition to the current 'keyword selects' mechanism). If this
is something your organization would be interested in helping to sponsor,
that would be really cool. Otherwise, it _is_ coming, but I can't promise
a date.
Thanks,
Jesse
